Out-of-Network (OON) Insurance Info

I will provide you with a Superbill (an itemized medical receipt) that you can submit to your carrier if you have insurance (that I do not panel with) that offers out-of-network reimbursement.

To avoid unexpected costs, please verify your benefits before our first session. Call your provider and ask:

  1. Does my plan cover out-of-network outpatient mental health?

  2. Do I have an out-of-network deductible to meet first?

  3. What is my reimbursement rate per session?

  4. Are there any session limits per calendar year?

Important Note: Using out-of-network benefits requires documenting a clinical diagnosis and your session dates on your Superbill.
